can i live with that ? is it usual ? should i change the panel ?

can you live with that? You are the only one who can answer that question.
Is it "usual" (or common)? Yes, sure. You can always find flaky pixels on an LCD panel, if you know what you are looking for. But, then you can't un-see it.
Maybe you can discover how much it will cost to replace the LCD panel. That may help you decide if it is important to fix a minor issue on 4-year-old iMac.

I'd just live with it. Out of warranty repair cost will be pretty high. Not worth it IMO
