Hi all, I unfortunately dropped my MacBook Pro on a wooden floor earlier and now have this strange glitchy swirly screen. What's strange is that it doesn't affect the boot screen. I've ran a hardware test and no problems were reported. Please see image below and let me know your thoughts. Thanks!

What is there to do? 1) Live with it. 2) Take it to Apple and have it repaired. 3) Sell it as is and buy another.

I say take it to Apple.

Agree with taking it to Apple. At the very least, they'll diagnose it for free so you understand what needs to be repaired.

Will do, thanks.
There is a chance that the video connector came loose and is causing this. The displays had a ribbon cable previously, which was very susceptible to getting loose and causing strange issues. Worth having them take a look
