Strange spots on my phone front side

Hello!

Today I discovered two spots that I wounder where they come from and how to do with them. They really grinds my gears.

One of them is really near the screen so I wounder so isn’t hurt or defect the screen.

I hope you all can see, I tried to get a photo sharp as possible.
