Strange syncing issues

In general Apple Music is working well for us (family of four on family share), but seeing a couple of issues I'm wondering if anyone else has seen.

• My wife added the Wicked soundtrack to her library on her Macbook, on her iPhone it shows under recently added but she cannot see it in the artist view or the album view. She can see it in the genre view and song view and search, but that's it. She even deleted it and added it directly on her iPhone but still has the same issue. There are some other albums this is happening with, including one we own that she uploaded into her library. Wicked shows fine on my iPhone when I add it to my library.
• Other issue is on smart playlists. I created a smart playlist on my mac and it is working correctly on my Mac. It did sync to my iPhone but as I added more music to my library on my mac the smart playlist did not update on my iPhone (it did update on my Mac). Even if I add new music to my library on my iPhone that matches the smart playlist it does not show up in the playlist on my iPhone but it does show up in that playlist on my Mac.

That is very strange. I just checked my iPhone for a smart list that has had numerous songs added to in from my Mac. It shows the correct number.

Yeah, definitely strange. Regular playlists are working fine, just smart playlists (more than one) are causing problems. It seems pretty random. The other issue I mentioned that my wife is having is even stranger, hoping the next update cleans a lot of this up, but if anyone had similar issues recently let me know if you found any solutions.
