Hey Everyone,
I woke up this morning to my phone saying I had no storage. When I went to bed last night I had at least 6GB of storage. The only change I made yesterday was turning iCloud Messages off as I've been having sync issues between my Mac and my iPhone where some messages would come through and others wouldn't... and I had zero issues before turning on Messages in the Cloud. However I went through and pretty much deleted all messages I don't care about and only have about 1GB left on my phone.
I turned on my phone this morning. It was asking for a passcode as if it rebooted over night. When the home screen appeared all my apps were clear and the home screen basically looked blank except for stock Apple Apps and it was as if the placeholder was still there for my apps. The phone kept alerting me the storage was full, it was asking for my iCloud password. So I soft-reset the phone and left it off for a good 5 minutes. When I turned the phone on again all appeared normal except I had to login to all my services. My email, my iCloud, even my home wifi. It's odd because when I logged into my Gmail I got an email as if I were setting up a new device under my Gmail. Also, all my bluetooth devices have disappeared and I have set them up again. Also my Apple watch is no longer paired to my phone and now I have to reset it to repair to my phone as if I have a new phone!
I have no idea what has happened. If someone could shed some light it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
