Hi everyone,

I had a few weeks ago everything on my computer kind of reset itself. I don't know how else to describe it. I signed into my mail and the address book was gone, then I realized my itunes library was gone. Thanks to someone on here I found my songs in a folder on the computer... but the library was wiped out. Some of my programs were now missing their registration codes and the desktop items were all gone... Well this just happened again. So far I am missing my address book, and my itunes library and I know that the next time I turn off one of my programs the registration code is going to be gone and I don't have it so I'm going to have to pay to get the company to send me the registration key again... so I don't want to ever close that program hehe also I know when I restart the computer the items on my desktop will be gone and I'm not even sure what else will be gone but this is what happened before. Last time I thought I must have done something but I can't imagine what? Anyway I have a Powerbook with mac os x 10.4.5 and the memory says: capacity 74.41 GB, Available 23.28 GB Used 51.13GB.

Anyone have any ideas at all about what is causing this?

Thanks...

Hmm... maybe. I do remember changing it recently but how to I revert back to it? I tried to rename it back to what it was, but it says the name is taken, so you really might be right! But how do I go about changing it back to the other one?

Thanks!
