iPad Pro Strange vertical tearing lines on iPad Pro M1 12.9"

Hi, while reading the following article, I noticed white vertical lines cutting letters and the photo with 2 displays in cyan background. Zooming in and out also makes the lines move. Changing the iPad orientation changes the line orientation as well. What is that? Is it problem with this webpage or with iPad Pro?

Looks normal on my iPad. It would be odd, if you have this issue only on that website.

What happens when you view the page in the 25/50/75 split-screen and slipover views? What happens when you open the photo in the background or split-view? What about when you save the image to photos?

If there is an issue which only appears on one page on one website, I doubt the issue is your iPad.
