Just wondering which is best, and why. Briefly looking what does Strava give over the in built cycling activity?

It seems to track route, give heart rate etc? I'm not into the social element of it, so is this what Strava gives over the in built activity app.

Thanks

IMO, Strava adds the social element of sharing activities and competing with others. I use the workouts app on my apple watch to track my cycle activity...this way I don't need to take my phone. I then have an app that will automatically sync this workout to Strava.

So you don't take your iPhone, use the workout cycling activity on your watch, then when return the watch syncs wirh strava app?

As I'm not really bothered on social, sharing or competing, does strava get same info as workout app inbuilt?

It's just for distance tracking, speed, etc, the basics really for me.

Thanks
