Stream music from computer to IPhone?

What is the best app to be able to stream or access all of my music on my home computer from where ever I may be at with my iPhone? I assume there are apps like this out there right? Any and all personal experiences with these kinds of apps would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I've been using Orb Live for about a month now without any issues.

I've used both Orb and Air Video and the only problem is that you have to leave your computer on. That really doesn't work as well for me because I'm gone for weeks at a time and it just didn't make sense to leave a Mac Pro on at home just to stream music, so I bought a Pogoplug and use their iphone app and it works great.
