Stream wireless video from my Mac?

I'd like to stream my video content from my Mac to my HDTV, hopefully with a wireless router, like the Apple Extreme Base Station.

The only work around I know of is to use a laptop and connect it directly to the HDTV.

I know the Samsung and LG Blu-Ray wireless players can pick up streams from my Mac (PC only?) for Netflix/Youtube, how about Hulu and my own movies on my Mac?

Of course Apple TV would work, but personally I stream video and audio to my PS3 using a $20 program called MediaLink. It actually allows you to browse your Mac's filesystem to find what you want to stream. It works incredibly well.
