Hello all,

Is it possible to redirect audio from mac to iPhone through AirPlay/WiFi ?
the point is that i want to use iPhone's bluetooth while walking around home and listen music.
I cannot do the same directly with my mac, because the max distance for bluetooth is 5-10 meters.

thank you in advance !

Instead of AirPlay, use Home Sharing from your iPhone to access your Mac's library. You can then play what's in your library over your iPhone's Bluetooth.

Thank for great answer,

Home Sharing works almost perfectly, with exception that i have a big library,
so enabling sharing takes several minutes.

At same time i don't need access to the whole library, but currently playing song.

Is there anything better than Home Sharing that will suit my needs ?

Thank you in advance

I see two choises here, to reduce the size of iTunes library somehow or to switch to some third party tool.
