Is it possible to add netradio stations to Apple TV, and stream them to a couple of Airport Express in my apartment, and control it all with my iPhone?

When I add netradio streams to iTunes on my mac, I need flip4mac to play them and because of that it doesn't work with Airport Express. Is it the same with Apple TV?

Airfoil

Check out Airfoil.

http://rogueamoeba.com/airfoil/

It allows you to send any audio to your multiple Express base stations and appleTV, and to other computers on your network. Streaming comes from any computer on your network as the source.

I don't think that airfoil can be controlled from the iPhone, but maybe rogueamoeba is working on some iPhone apps.

I know about airfoil, but I want to be able to play netradio streams from my apple tv and control it with my iPhone.

I don't want to turn on my mac every time I want to listen to radio.

internet radio

You can play streaming internet radio directly from AppleTV by creating an "internet radio" playlist in iTunes, and putting your internet radio links from iTunes in that playlist. Then sync with AppleTV. They will play from Apple TV with the computer turned off. However, if flip4mac is required, I'm not sure if this will work. Try it.

That wont work. I was hoping there was a hack making it possible
