Quick question as I'm considering replacing my Macbooks with ipads.

Presently, I stream all of my media to and through my macbooks to achieve whole house audio.

My setup is:
- a mac mini with 4TB of disk.
- Macbooks for each person in the house.
- Airport Express or :apple:TV around the house connected to sound systems.

Since everything is centrally located, nothing is on the Macbooks, meaning iTunes streams everything. Everything in iTunes is linked to a share that is on the mini. From my macbooks I then stream to the various AE or :apple:TV in the house.

I would like to be able to do this with the iPads so that I never have to sync. I see that there is a remote app, but if I am reading how that works, it means that only one person would be able to use iTunes at a time...

My questions are:

Can I stream to the iPad using iTunes?
Will Air Tunes allow me to send that stream to my AE/ATVs?
Is there a 3rd party app that will allow me to do this?

Thanks!
