Street level map with realtime weather overlay?

Does anyone know of a gps-based street level map with real-time weather overlay? Something like Radarscope with Google maps ( or similar ) integration?

Closest i've come to that is WVEC Radar. You can set it to default to your location (assuming you don't live in W. Virginia) and when you zoom into the radar map far enough you get what looks like the Google satellite w/street names map overlayed with radar data.

Weather Channel App....it's good........

I checked out WVEC and while it shows street level maps, it doesn't show my position relative to the map. I don't think the Weather Channel app does this either, but will double-check it...
