Hello I tried to downgrade from 7.1 to 6.13 and now I'm stuck at recovery logo and can't find any fix :3

Try using tiny umbrella to kick yourself out of recovery mode.

What iphone model and how did you try to downgrade? You have blobs?
What programs you used?

i used snowbreez for making the ipsw then restoring iphone i dfu mode .

And what version of itunes are you using?

There is no jb for iOS 7.1 period.
2nd you didn't answer what iTunes version you tried to downgrade with.
