iPhone 13 Pro Max Stuck Bright Pixel

Was using my phone this morning and saw a wonderful stuck bright pixel right on my camera app icon. Bright green, except when the screen is pure black, it’s gone.

I am on the Apple upgrade program (first time/first year). If I replace the phone, will I have issue later on when I swap?

No you will not have issue later when you swap. Your apple upgrade program will be intact, just would have your updated serial number into the system. Come when you upgrade this September, there will be no issues. Also, they may just replace the screen and not the entire device so you still should be okay.
