Stuck calendar badge after invite? Help!

I get event invitations from my wife and it worked for years but now in ios9 whenever I accept an event the event stays in the inbox area. I can't dismiss it. The badge is stuck at 1. We are both using iCloud calendars.

This happens on my iPhone and iPad. How to fix??

no prob here sorry. have a similar set up as you. try turning iCloud calendars on and off in settings app?

Does your wife share view permission with you as well? I wonder if that's whats breaking the invitations.

we share iCloud calendars
