iPhone Stuck in recovery Mode

I downloaded something in Cydia and it screwed up my phone. I'm stuck on the apple logo. When I go into recovery mode Itunes tells me I have to upgrade to 6.1.3 and hen retore. Is there anyway to restore with out updating to 6.1.3 since there isn't a JB out for that? I'm looking to keep my JB.

Did you try booting in safe-mode; holding volume-up during boot?

Hold the volume up button while booting and the iPhone should load in safe mode. Then go into Cydia and remove the tweak you just installed.
