Hi. Tonight I installed windows 10 using Bootcamp on my iMac 2020 as I wanted to try some old windows Steam games again. Now I can’t get back to macOS. The little diamond that you click to reboot to macOS isn’t there. I googled the issue and read that downloading “ Brigadier’ will instal the necessary but it has only installed an empty folder without the setup file.

I have a recent time machine backup but not sure how to access it now. Can anyone help as I’m rather stuck now. Many thanks.

Yes, nothing worked. I have sorted it out now. I realised that in “My computer” is a folder called bootcamp. I drilled down in that until I came across a file called instal. With fingers crossed I clicked on that and it reinstalled the whole bootcamp stuff from within windows and then the diamond on the taskbar appeared. To say I am relieved is an understatement! Can only guess that something went wrong when I did it all earlier. Thanks for your interest.
