I'm trying to restore an iphone four using shsh blobs, and I've done it before, but the first try there was an error in itunes, I thought I did everything possible, but itunes persists to have the 1600 error, or get stuck in preparing for restore. The phone is stuck in dfu mode now. Does anyone have any solutions?

What firmware version are you trying to restore to and do you have full shsh blobs for it?
What method are you using and what programs?

Thankfully I just managed to restore it to 6.1.3, and I have blobs for ios 5 and 6, but the apticket isn't valid on the ios 6 for some reason, so now I'm working on restoring back to ios 5.1.1

If you didn't manually save your iOS 6 shsh blobs, they're all invalid so your only option is 5.1.1 right now

Thank you! Incidentally, this phone actually used to be mine, and I did save the 5.1.1 blobs, so I fixed my buddy's phone. :)
