Stuck on Cydia loop

Cydia stuck in loading loop

Every time I install a tweak Cydia stays stuck at the loading circle before I am able to reboot I have hard reboot every time and I already tried uninstalling Cydia substrate and installing it again and that did not solve the problem it also seems like the repos are not causing the problem please help

Do you have a tweak installed that modifies Cydia?

If so, try uninstalling that and see what happens.
