iPad Stuck on install screen Ipad OS beta (Help needed PLEASE)

Hi, I decided to install the new iPad OS beta on my 2017 iPad Pro. Everything seemed to be going on well until I’ve hit the screen below and it’s been stuck on this for an hour

When you press the home button or tap the power button the following comes up on the screen

Is my iPad broke or is the OS still installing as I’ve never had a beta take this long to install before?

Also if it is stuck how do I fix this.

You can try a force restart (hold power + home) and see where that lands you. If it's still stuck you might need to try a DFU restore on either iOS 13 or revert back to 12 for now.

I had an iPhone stay on that last part of the update bar for half an hour this evening. It did finish though.

Try plugging it in and leaving it overnight to see if it will finish, if not, try the suggestion I quoted.
