I've got an iPhone 4s, updated to iOS7.. well iOS7.01 or whatever. Anyways, When I go to download a new app or update app's (From my iPhone) it brings me to the iTunes Agreement screen but there are no "I agree" buttons or any way to move forward. All I can do is press cancel and go back. So I can't download new apps, or do updates. I even tried scrolling all the way to page 52 and there was no button there.
Here are some pictures of my agreement screen...

After some google'ing, I read that some people had suggested enabling cookies & enabling/allowing java in safari's settings. So I did that. I also connected my iPhone to my computer, Hooked it up to iTunes, And for the first time, Logged into my iTunes account via my computer and internet. Then I went to the 'Apps' Store via iTunes on my computer, I purchased the first free app I could find. I was prompted by the Agreement once again, but this time on the computer. The 'Agree' Button was there. I clicked Agree, and it started downloading the App to my phone. I didn't want the App so I just disconnected my phone quickly during the download. Right after that, I tried downloading/upating Apps from my iPhone itself. I was not prompted by the Agreement screen. Problem.. Sort of solved? I'm afraid if I disable cookies again, and or 'Do not track' this problem may occur again. If it does, I'll come back here and let everyone know with another update.
