iPhone Stuck on vibrate since iOS 13.4

My iPhone 11 randomly is stuck on vibrate since updating to iOS 13.4. Toggling the switch seems to work since the Silent Mode/Ringer message pops up but my phone will only vibrate instead of playing a tone.
Anyone else seeing this?

Mine rings but I noticed that even at max volume, it’s pretty low.
Gonna start with the obvious. Did you reboot? Do you have an accessory like an Apple Watch that’s silencing it?

Ah I figured it out. Seems for whatever reason my watch was getting the notification even though it was off and locked.
