Stuck pixel on 2019 MacBook Pro

I have got my replecament MacBook Pro 2019 15 inches and these is a stuck pixel on middle of screen. Does anyone have this issue and do i have to offer a replecament again

this is brand new, Apple has sent brand new because the previous one has issues

The best way to get a replacement is to return the defective unit and then reorder a new one.
