My phone has a stuck pixel, I went to the Apple store, they said tough luck.

Anyone else have a stuck pixel, and if so, what did you Apple Store do for you?

i took my phone within the first two weeks of purchase, and they replaced it without hassle or issue. i didn't even have to ask for a replacement. i just showed a genius, and he told me to hang on while he went to the back, coming out moments later with a brand-new iphone. i don't think i could have done the same after the first two weeks of purchase, though. maybe you could try another apple store?

I would think applecare would take care of this. Does apple not replace a macbook with a dead pixel in the screen?

Good news, I called 1800MYAPPLE, and they said "go to your local Apple store, and they should replace it for you!!!"

I'm go backing, and gettting a new one!

a single dead/stuck pixel on a macbook? i don't think apple will help you out on that one, and i don't think other computer manufacturers will either. i could be wrong.

I'm not sure about all PC makers, but its my understand Apple's policy is one is not enough(it should be IMO)

But iPhone, it seems it is. And it since the iPhone's screen is much smaller, and is SO important to it.

One stuck pixel??

Big deal.

Your other post seems very negative, I expect the screen on my iPhone to be flawless, its the most important part of device, not to mention the screen is small(versus a computer screen)

Thats all I'm going to say...

I've seen videos on the net that cycle colors very fast to fix a stuck pixels... I've never had a stuck pixel so I don't know if they work or not. You might try getting one of those videos and converting it to mp4. See if any....

Just went on google, here is a MP4 that should work:

if it breaks anything don't blame me. It was made for the PSP.
