Just wondering if any ADC student members have got their copies of Leopard yet, I know they said 3-10 business days but I can't be blamed for being impatient :D

Also what do we get, as the email says Leopard server but is that just for select and premier members ?

Not me. :(

Though it usually takes until the around the 18th of the month before my monthly mailing reaches me, so it'll be a couple of weeks away from me at least.

Yeah I get mine in a random amount of time usually, between 5th- 15th of the month.

Is it always released on the 30th ?

I got mine in the mail today. I'm not sure where they mail them from, but I'm in Santa Barbara, CA. Its in the standard hard-to-open white envelope, which is fatter than usual since it has two discs instead of one. First is the regular 11/07 developer DVD, and the other is the Leopard DVD. Unlike what the email said, only the Client version is included--no Server.

Thats seriously off of Apple if there is no Server edition. Not that I would really use it but it is still a bummer! Bad Bad Apple.

If it's anything like the Sever version that Select and Premier members get then the serial number expires in December anyway (at least for the seeding download)...

Well the Server seed download is for testing only: if you want to use it for real you are still meant to purchase a license. I think Apple continue releasing new seed keys during the lifetime of the product, for example there is a 10.4 server key available which also expires at the end of December this year.

More amusingly OSX Server back to 10.2 is available to download, but the keys for 10.3 and 10.2 server expired ages ago!

I thought there would not be a server edition included, so not to bothered about that, but why did they have to go and say its anyway ?

Thats my point too, I would never use it, but why say that it is included and then send it?

Got myne on Monday, my membership expired on the 31st of October.

I've got no mac to use it on, I originaly subscribed to get a Mac pro but always managed to spend the money I put to the side. I had enough for the new SN Mac Book but that came out just after my subscription expired, I didn't want to take the gamble ordering the old version hoping for a upgrade in the next few days.

Will have to renew the membership after Christmas and treat myself then.
