Studio Display on Windows with DisplayPort / Dedicated graphics

Hey all,

Can anyone recommend a cable that will allow me to use my Studio Display with Windows? I have a dedicated GPU with DisplayPort / HDMI connections. I've tried a few cables but they don't work, specifcally some DisplayPort 1.4 8K cables, should I be looking for something more specific? Preferably something from Amazon UK

Which cables have you tried? Are they Bi-directional?

You need a bidirectional cable to go from DisplayPort to USB-C. Cables that are not bi-directional can only output from USB-C to DisplayPort input.

I would try a Belkin Charge and Sync cable to allow using the USB functions of the display (audio, brightness control, etc). The USB connection is only USB 2.0 though.
Also I would try installing the Boot Camp drivers to enable some features. https://github.com/timsutton/brigadier
