Hi everybody,

i'm new to this community so please forgive me if i'm posting at the wrong place. i am planning on getting an Apple certification and starting off easy, i have decided to get the Mac integration 10.7 first. Apple's website has directed me to Peachpit's website, who had published a couple of books for preparation of the certification exams. my question is, are the books a necessary buy? I have read over the pdf on the website and everything seems relatively basic and simple. does the book cover some materials that i need to know thats not covered in the pdf?

anyone that can provide me with help is truly thanked

thanks!!

In my mind the PDF is sufficient. I just passed using nothing but. For the higher level exams, the purchased learning materials are a necessity-or a class depending upon your learning style.

Good Luck.

I too simply used the PDF and passed easily (Mac Integration 10.7). I will be taking the ACSP 10.7 exam on June 16th. I am using the Peachpit 10.7 Essentials eBook as my study guide. It contains sample tests on each chapter and has been highly recommended by friends that have taken and passed the exam.
