iPad Stupid question - is this a9th gen or older?

Looking for a new iPad and aa you know Apple prices are pretty set with little variation.

the 9th gen is €449 in Portugal. It’s that price on Apple Portugal and it’s that price in FNAC


but worten lists this

If it’s the same as in Denmark, Apple used to sell it for the lower price themselves too. But hiked the prices after the 10th gen came out.
