I've been having a bit of an issue with audio sync using Subler. I am trying to get the LOTR extended blu rays into iTunes for use on the
TV, and am having a problem with the first movie (Fellowship). I ripped them with Makemkv, and encoded with Handbrake to reduce the file size. I then used Mkvmerge to combine the two halves together. I have a nice MKV file that plays fine, has all the chapters, and the audio is synced nicely. The problem is, when I run it through Subler to create an M4V file, the audio is off in the second half of the movie by as much as 2-3 seconds. I used the same process on the second movie (The Two Towers), and it worked just fine. I don't know if it's just user error, or if there is something weird going on with the blu ray of the first movie, but I've run it through Subler several times, and the result is always the same. Just wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction...
