I will start :

Foldericons
Backgrounder
Foldmusic

I am willing to buy those tweaks if they were updated to ios6 .

Hopefully any developer out there will see this topic

The Springtomize dev said on Twitter that he is working on something like FolderIcons, so fingers crossed! :D
 
I highly doubt any of them will see this unfortunately. I follow a lot of them on twitter and I've never seen any of them mention MacRumors let alone their forums but I guess it couldn't hurt.

I want the lockscreen camera to launch ProCamera. For now I’m settling for double-tapping the LS clock.

As I recall, on iOS 5 it made the action menu show up much faster. I could be mistaken, but on iOS 6 the delay before that menu appears seems many times longer than I remember on iOS 5.

SBRotator 6 to be compatible with FolderEnhancer
Oh, sure, SBRotator works on iOS 6, but it does not play nicely with FolderEnhancer, which is far more important to me.

3G for 4G
Or some other way to replace the “4G” indicator with “3G” on my iPhone 4S, which does not have a 4G-capable antenna.

Safari Upload Enabler - allows direct uploads from the device filesystem to upload sites.

This is really useful as you can select anything from the filesystem and upload it anywhere like Mediafire, Zippyshare etc.
 
I would like a tweak that will give me repeat notifications for emails from particular contacts until they are marked as read.

WeatherIcon is already on the beta repo of dba-tech, it works...

You sure? I know it lets you change the icon that appears for the lockscreen camera, but on iOS 5 it let you actually launch an app of your choice rather than the stock camera app from the lockscreen.

The description on Cydia seems to back up my experience from when I last tried installing it on iOS 6: it changes the icon, but not the app that launches.
 
ArrangeStatusBar. it's been around for a while and it works on iOS 6 but still buggy. hoping for an update to fix it.

I don't think this has worked since iOS4. But yeah, that was a cool tweak. If I remember correctly, Comex created it. I don't think he does anything in Cydia any more. Matter of fact, I don't think he's done anything in cydia since creating the PDF patch to fix the vulnerability he used for his jailbreakme.com jailbreak tool.
 
I would like quasar to be compatible with iphone...

Also was playing around with swipe keybord on note 2 and really liked.

I would really like if someone can port/create a swipe tweak for iOS

I've been isn't it to open Spotify, before that I was using it to open Camera Awesome....that said it does have a hiccup in that it makes folders opened (with folderenhancer installed) the top part goes a little under the status bar, nothing drastic.
