iOS Submitting app to store other than the country I live

Hello, there.

I live in Brazil, my address is from here, and I am planning to enroll in Apple developer program... do you know if I would be able to submit and sell an app through the US store? Or I would be stuck with the Brazilian AppStore?

According to their website, if I enroll as a person, I only have to pay $99 in order to be able to submit an app, right? I don't need to have a business or something like that. What other documents must I provide them when I submit it?

The thing is that I wouldn't wanna pay for the program and only after discover that I am not able to publish the app, you know?

You can sign up as an individual. The documents you require are set out on the site once you sign up: they are mostly related to the tax situation and ensuring you don't pay US taxes unless you live in the USA...

Right, so I will probably be fine. I think I will be extra safe and try to ask them directly about my specific case... but thank you for giving me an idea of what it is.

Apple does not do pre-evaluation of apps or even ideas for apps. They only start looking at it once it's been submitted as an actual application to be published on the App Store. It's not great but that's all we have right now.
