Okay, so I use iCal to manage my calendar.

My girlfriend uses Google Calendar and wants to be able to view (not edit) my calendar.

So, I published my ical to MobileMe and then went to Google Calendar, selected Add to URL, and entered "http://ical.me.com/<MyUserName>/MyCalendar.ics

The subscribed calendar shows up in the sidebar but no events display in the calendar.

Has anyone else had this problem.

Thanks

This is how I have things set up to view my MobileMe calendar in Google. However, try changing your address from "http://ical.me.com/<MyUserName>/MyCalendar.ics" to "webcal://ical.me.com/<MyUserName>/MyCalendar.ics - this is how mine is set up.

I will start by saying that Google "has" been very slow at updating/refreshing events (like could be a week, no way to know). However, I recently started testing again and it appears to refresh about every 12 to 24 hours.

Anyway, my lastest test was with the New MobileMe Calendar Beta. I created a Public Calendar in MobileMe Web Interface (not on a Mac) and then Subscribed to it from Google. It appears to Refresh every 12 hours. Also, the URL created in MobileMe Beta is much more better in that you could not guess what it is. The new MobileMe Beta Calendars also "Sync" with the Mac Calendar under a new section called MobileMe.

I did try to subscribe to it from Outlook (as a test) and Outlook will refresh whenever you it Send/Receive. I also try to Subscribe from Windows Live and Windows Live would get an error.

The New MobileMe Calendar Beta is really nice. I recommend you get it as soon as possible.
