So I was having the same battery issues as a lot of people on here, not charging fully, not getting the "glow", battery life was horrible. But not anymore! :) Made an appointment with the genius bar yesterday at my local apple store and they were extremely helpful.

I told him the issues I was having and the fact that I was getting very poor battery life. I have him the phone and he started playing with it, luckly for me the battery was almost dead and got the 20%, 15%, 10% warnings within the 10 mins he was playing with it. He said that quite a few people had come in with the same issues.

So after he was done playing with it he said he would be right back and went to the back and grabbed a brand new 8gb one for me :D. Switched my SIM and i was off. I made sure to check that the new phone I go was from a different lot than the phone I previously had, hoping that the battery issues was a contained one. But regardless, new phone, great service and couldnt be happier now.

Interesting. I have recently noticed my battery life fading fast. Yesterday I set the phone on my desk after work (undocked) at about 75% charge. Next morning during my commute I noticed it was at 10%.

Something's seriously wrong, and it tailspinned pretty quickly from a device that worked flawlessly to one that can't hold a charge worth a damn.

Sounds like I need to make the trip to the Apple store too.

After you got home and you hooked it up to iTunes, did iTunes directly prompt you to enter your wireless number, select your data plan, and agree to 2yr agreement?

Speed - How were you able to tell your phone was from a different lot? And, do you know what Apple did to your phone to make it work with your old sim?
