This seems weird, and I can't seem to find the trouble maker.

On my iPad 3, iPhone 4, and iPhone 5, the volume seems to change all the time.

When I hold the volume up button, and I don't let go, the ringer volume will increase, but then it suddenly increases the music volume instead of the ringer, even though no music is playing, and then starts increasing the ringer volume again.

This leads me to believe some Cydia extension is making the phone think its playing music when it's not, and I can't seem to figure out which extension is causing the trouble.

If I put the ringer all the way down, and the music volume all the way up, and start typing on the keyboard, keyboard clicks would suddenly get louder (music volume) and then quiet down again (ringer)c

Has anyone had this kind of problem before and been able to solve it?

iPhone 5 is running 6.1.2, while both the iPad 3 and iPhone 4 are running 5.1.1.
