After teenegers used my iPhone 4 running 5.1.1, iTunes and the Apple Store will not open. In fact, the Apple Store has disappeared from my phone. Words with Friends boots up but then closes immediately. I suspect something has been deauthorized, but I can't get the app to open to reauthorize. I have rebooted and resynced. I can access the internet on other applications. ANy thoughts?

The App Store can be hidden if restrictions were enabled. Check Settings->General->Restrictions. If restrictions were enabled, you'll need to enter in a pass code to disable the restrictions. The pass code is likely different from the one used to unlock the device. If you don't know the pass code, you may need to restore from a backup or as new to clear it. Generally when an app closes immediately, unless the device is running low on resources, you need to delete and redownload any non-native app or install a new app with the same AppleID the apps were linked to. This will effectively re-authorize the device.
