Suddenly not booting

Hey,

I am turning on my Mac Pro 4.1 today and suddenly it is not booting.
I used it less than 12 hours ago, but now it's not booting. It turns on, I get the Apple sound you get when starting a cold boot and I can hear the fans, but nothing but that.

Anyone have an idea what suddenly could have happened?

Try a SMC reset first.

If nil help, open the case and check if there is any diagnostic LED illuminating.

P.S. also check the monitor cable, just in case.

Monitor cable wasn't connected for some reason anymore... hahah
