So, I have been lurking around the forums and looking at the setups thread to get some ideas on improving mine..

I have this 13" Macbook and just the main stuff, logitech wifi mouse, 2.1 creative system, hp photosmart, ect..

I will be in the market all the morning tomorrow picking up stuff for my room, this is what i am considering:

-A Samsung LED display and probably not to wall mount it, either 25" or 32" or something in between, i am not sure yet, i will hook up the macbook, satellite TV and ps3 to it..

I'd rather get the 32" but i am not sure how it would feel like looking at the giant monitor from such a small distance while just on my computer, yet the bigger would be better for the ps3/TV...any opinions? experiences?

-Apple wireless keyboard.

-New chair, get rid of the odd floor mat and replace it with a nicer/cleaner looking mat and maybe a small two seater couch under the curtains.

Any other suggestions? BTW I just rearranged my stuff today, so here is the new look..

Ok, I dont know what your budget looks like but these are something I would go with considering your current color scheme.

This chair or something similar in style: Link to Chair

Rain Design M Stand: Link

Apple Wireless Keyboard: Link

Mx Revolution: Link

And last but not least, this might get critized a little but I have 3 of these and not one complaint. Best bang for your buck, Vizio 32 inch Full HD 1080P: Link to Vizio

These are just my suggestions, I hope you have fun shopping, I know when I went on a shopping spree for my room I had a ton of fun!

P.S. I like your clean and simplistic style.

I really like that seat! I will be getting something similar definitely, the one i have is worn out and so uncomfortable..

The stand and keyboard will happen, not sure about the mouse though, maybe after i put my stuff together and see what is missing.

These are so considerably priced...the one I liked was 1k for the 32" model..

How do you like using such big displays? do you use them from a small distance? maybe a pic of your setup would be so appreciated!

I am afraid things would look huge and hurt my eyes with such big details.

Thanks and i hope i will find what i need, i haven't gotten anything for my room for months!!

Like you asked, to give you an idea, This was my setup 2 years ago when I had my 32" Viewsonic.

As you can see my setup changes a lot. I finally found what I am happy with which is the "last week" picture. (Notice all Windows computers are now gone, lol)

One final thing, in my honest opinion, stay away from Samsung displays. The one in the "last week" picture lasted me a day. I first got it and the internals were all moving around and the wall mount inside was lose, you would shake it and it felt like a pinball machine, the second I got had a dead pixel in the middle of the screen on the first day. As a replacement I have a Dell S2209W coming in this week.

Is that the 32" display?

That thing is huge, bet it was annoying looking at it from that close..

I wanted a TV, so I can also connect a satellite TV to it along with the macbook (and the ps3), that's why I was looking at things like LG and Samsung, I looked at computer monitors and they only had HDMI, no video composite ports..

btw i really like your current setup, pretty simple yet practical.
