Suggestions Please.

looks like a standard wordpress design. you need to figure out what you actually want for a design. instead of asking for help, open up photoshop and throw some boxes etc together and see what you come up with.
 
You might think of a new domain name.

IF that is a zero, it will only server to confused clients you work with.
