Hey guys,

very interesting !!! Found this video on FOXNews.

Summer Fitness Apps

Runkeeper - perfect for Running
B.iCycle - perfect for Cycling
deftFitness - perfect for BodyWorkout

Cheers,

Thanks for the link! I like how they biked the Central Park and showed the trail through Manhattan in Google Earth.

BTW, did you ever upload a B.iCycle trip to gpsies.com? It's free and in addition to showing your trip in different maps including terrain map you will see an altitude profile. Very sleek !!! :)

I just uploaded a track to gpsies.com! Works like a charm and it's for free.

Thanks for the hint! This is actually even more useful than watching my B.iCycle KML or GPX files in Google Earth.

Yes, and you can organize all your trips there. You can even make public your wildest rides for sharing them with your friends.

In the meantime I have very huge collection of B.iCycle tracks. I think I'm going to upload all the trips there. If you are interested I can send you a PM with my gpsies.com -nickname....

'Men's Health Workouts' is a really good app I've been using for the last few weeks. Has tons of workouts and exercises with detailed descriptions and images of each, and the ability to log your workouts too.

Send it! :D :D :D

I like iFitness. It's a nice app for storing all of your workout information, reps, weights, BMI and weight tracking. It also has a list of exercises that you can try out, there were some there that I didn't think of and starting doing.

Try it out. It has a lot of updates and a lot of great reviews.

I have heard so much about B.iCycle but I was reluctant to spend the money. However, after I have seen the video from FOXNews I fell in love and just got it in the AppStore.

I should have done that much earlier. This ist THE BEST cyclometer app out there. The map display is awesome and it calculated all those parameter with what I think is the highest possible precision.

B.iCycle is a must buy for all bike fans - It's my app of the summer 09!
