Summer Theme Pictures

My school newspaper has a page dedicated to photography and they want me to take some photographs relating to summer. I can't seem to think of anything besides the beach and pool when I hear the word summer. Any thoughts of anything "summer-y" other than the beach and pool?

When i think of summer, scenes from a country time lemonade commercial come to mind. But i'm from the south so i guess it's in my blood.

grassy fields, picnics, flipflops, fireworks?, blazing sun, fishing/jetskiing/innertubing on the lake, campouts, bonfires, movies?, surfboards/boogieboards and boardshorts, (if you live somewhere nice) snorkels and swimfins, blooming flowers, bees, (not neccassary a good thing, but true) sunburns/sunblock/aloe lotion, sitting under a tree, roadtrips, sunsets,.....
