SummerBoard 3.0 inactive

hello i recently jailbroke my iphone and it is now running on 1.1.2 so i downloaded summerboard 3.0 aswell as bsd subsystems and community systems and whe i go to change my theme in SMBPrefs on the bottom of the screen it says SummerBoard 3.0 (inactive) and when i try to change a theme it reebots but there is no change

nvm all i needed to do was power off and when i restarted it said active
