Summerboard and Customize not working (maybe a lil different)

I had my phone unlocked today for 1.1.4. Now, when download summerboard or Customize, when I apply the themes, ZERO changes happen. I JUST had the thing unlocked, so is there anything else I can do?

Hard reset your iphone. Hold down the sleep wake button and home button at the same time and wait till the apple logo appears. when you download a new theme give it a few seconds (30) and then lock and unlock it. try it and it doesnt work let me know ill try and help
