SummerBoard/Customize

I just jail broke my Iphone for the first time yesterday but I can't get SummerBoard or Customize to work. Has anybody had that problem or no a fix?

I been keeping out an eye out for this also. Anybody can confirm is this is working?

Also are the 5 Dock themes still broken?

Depends what firmware your on.

Neither work on 1.1.4 I don't think and you can't have 5 icon dock from 1.1.3 upwards.

Well first you will have to change the SystemVersion.plist located in /System/Library/CoreServices. You need to change the 1.1.4 to 1.1.3 and overwrite the original. Reboot. Summerboard should install just fine. Customize on the other hand is a bit harder. First, download the normal version, and let it do the soft reboot. Then add this source: www.touchrepo.com/repo.xml and uninstall the version of Customize you already have, then install the modded version from that source. Everything but the carrier logo part should work...

I don't know where to go to change the SystemVersion.plist? And when it come to customize when I try to install customize it gives me the error "This version of Customize requires Firmware 1.0.2"

you're trying to install an old version of smb. add i.unlock.no and whatever else here: https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/445485/

then you'll be able to find there's 1 for 1.1.3 (still compatible with 1.1.4).

for customise I'm not sure, because summerboard almost does everything customise does.
