Now it seems that every time I make a FaceTime call I get a message to move the call to my AppleTV and it keeps on popping up every minute even if my AppleTV is off. I did a google search and tried going to settings, general, airplay, and turning off auto airplay but it did nothing. It’s getting so annoying I may only can FaceTime on the Mac. Thanks..

Web search for this problem says turn off "continuity camera" in your iDevice settings and it will stop.

Another post says turn it off on AppleTV (settings).

Someone else says you have to fully disable SharePlay on the iDevice.

Else, probably just another .2 or so bug in either or both OSes that Apple will hopefully fix in a future update. There seems to be plenty of bugs to fix. I miss "just works" Apple.

I will try those but they may not do the trick. Yes probably a bug. Apple does work. Been using Apple since the 1980’s and compared to way back then when they would constantly crash and bomb the Mac is far better than then. We do far more with tech than when I got my first Mac in 1993. Back then computers were for the nerds, not so today.

Yes Apple works but “just works” seemed to be better 10+ years ago than now. My approach has switched from jumping on the next OS upgrade at about .2 to about .5 (about WWDC time). Why? For (probable) bugs like yours, which seemed to be better worked out by about then.

I hope some setting resolves this problem for you. But if not, maybe .3, .4, .5 or later.
