Super Drive on BMB isnt working!!! HELP

Hey,

I have a C2D BMB 2.0GHz that ive had for about 7 months now, and in the last couple of days my super drive wont read CDs or DVDs!

Ill put in a blank CD or DVD and it will make weird noises and stuff and then eject it again and it doesnt even come up on my desktop as being in the Drive!!!

Please help, i have 2 much work 2 be doing to have to send it back!

Have you tried purchased discs? (e.g. software)

Yea it takes like brought softwear or game CD/DVDs, but no blank 1s!

And i havent brought ****** blanks its all sony etc and there not scratched either!
