Super laggy Logic x on fusion drive

im running logic x on a top of the line 2017 27inch imac
16gb ram i7 4.2 3tb fusion drive radeon pro 580
And while zooming and scrolling i get Lots of lag
Considering my 15inch rmbp from 2014 performs logic fantastic (alhought ths iris pro gpu in my rmbp is almost dead It performs logic decently with auto gou switching off)
Im almost sure its coming from the fusion but dont know what to do

If bought in the last 14 days return it for one with all ssd and use external hard drives for bulk storage.

If older than that sell it and buy one with an all ssd set up as above

Or you could split the fusion drive and load any project you are working on into the SSD.

Or you could just replace the HDD in the fusion for a sata SSD and have a super fast fusion drive.

im in a country with no official apple store although apple products specially iphones are very popular here, by the way,
so i wont want no problem with my machine cause once this fails i gotta throw it in a trash can and i can not order from amazon ebay or ifixit to replace the HDD my self and selling a custom built imac is almost impossible considering i paid 4000usd because of the taxes so i gotta make it work with what i got
im sure the proble is not coming from the internals
newest 2017 games run 60fps cappes almost on highest setting on 1440p like Cod WWII or assassins creed origins which runs on high considering how outdated amd drivers are for bootcamp and i dont download my drivers from bootcampdrivers.com; its safe to say this machine is really Top-end performance and the Fusion drive aint slow it boots up fast wakes fast from sleep but zoomin too much in logic and pressing play makes it lag and scrolling is not half as smooth as my rMBP
and the CPU is just fine i run projects with loads of kontakt instruments alchemy loads of plug ins and record virtual instruments using the native instruments komplete kontrol and maschine studio and it does this things just fine

i just wanna know if theres a way i can improve this maybe the logic is running ssd and the project on hdd and since both are internal this somehow causes a performance hit? i dont know guys but i know i need help and sorry for the punctuations im not used to them and since this is long and im a student i didnt have the time to do this
