Just one snappy question.

Do licenses that specify a certain number of machines (i.e. 3 for MS Office Student version), physically restrict you from installing more than 3 times? Or is that just the 'allowed' number with no physical restrictions?

I'm asking because, I'm getting a new laptop in a couple of months, and stuff like Photoshop elements, I want/need now, I'd just like to know where I stand regarding licenses.

Thanks!

Depends on whether or not they use some kind of Activation scheme. If they do, you will likely be prevent from installing more times than allowed.

Thanks for the quick response!

Do you happen to know if MS Office & Photoshop Elements have this?

Thanks again!
