(Super) Stick Golf - impossible achievements!

Anyone else addicted to this game? I'm trying to figure out how to get a couple of the achievements, and I'm striking out:

- hole in one on the second hole of Ice Flows
- hole in one on hole 6 in Purple Haze

I'm sure they're possible, but has anyone figured them out yet and care to share with an addict?

This is a really fun game, btw.
 
I'm addicted.... but i'm the developer. :)

You can get a hole in one on the second in ice flows, if on your second shot you hit the '-1' icon, hit the right bank wall, and roll into the cup. Hitting the '-1' on your second shot, turns it into a hole-in-one if you make it into the cup.

Similar kinda of deal with the other achievement.

Purple haze hole 6

The achievement 'Purple Passion' on hole 6 of the Purple Haze course is in fact possible... First, start with a hazard swap to turn the water into sand. Second, line up your arrows so that the bottom right corner of the second arrow from the bottom is just touching the mountain horizon in the background (about one or two pixels below it). Third, select a Super Ball (fire ball) and give it like 50%ish (so your power bar stops just past one of the flowers on the ledge behind it). The goal is to lob it in with the super ball without hitting anything on the top level and bounce it at the right angle to get the -1 bonus, because you did a hazard swap you'll be nice and dry. This takes a long time to tweak the first shot just right but It is possible. If you get the first shot the second is a no brainer.:cool:
 
I'm addicted. Beat all levels and all but two single player achievements. Last two impossible. First is staying dry on parkland. Parkland is hole in one course and you always stay dry but never get achievement. Second is zero or less on belts. You can't get in the sand on your first shot to give you a chance to get the -3 and beat in 0 or less. Got hole in 1. Live this game. Please update with new holes or come out with sequel. Thanks.

I just found a way to do the belts hole-in-0 on hole 7.

You need to use the nitro ball. Aim right at an angle of slightly less than 90 degrees, and hit with almost full strength. Then, just before the ball hits the belt, pop it back up. It should bounce off the end of the platform and be moving right. Then, repeat the bounce before it hits the other belt. If it works, it should hit the bottom of the platform above, and bounce down onto the sand.

From there it's a case of using a low power (2 or 3 ticks) shot to pick up the -3 and end up on the left side, with an easy shot into the hole.

Anyone else having issues with achievements not registering? I've accomplished numerous achievements that haven't been counted. A couple of the ones not being counted are unlocking the Ice and Super Balls. Got those a long time ago, but they show as "Not achieved". Annoying, as I'm trying to get to 30 so I can try out the Nitro Ball.

iPad 3, up to date on everything, signed into Game Center.
 
Parkland Dry achievement

I know this thread is old, but is the "Parkland Dry" achievement still broken for anyone else? I've replayed it about 10 times, never hitting water (or sand), but still no achievement.

Developer (jordannoodle), are you still listening to this thread?
